About URLMode

URLMode is a toolkit for everyone who works with links: marketers, SEOs, developers and creators. It started as a URL shortener and grew into a collection of fast URL, link and web-protocol utilities — plus SEO, domain and YouTube tools — that are free to use.

What you can do here

• Create dynamic QR codes whose destination you can change after printing.
• Inspect URLs: trace redirects (301 vs 302), check status codes, headers, canonicals and Open Graph previews.

How we work

Tools that can run in your browser do, so your text never leaves your device. Server-side checks fetch only the public information they need, and every request is protected against abuse. Short-link destinations are screened, and links that break our acceptable-use policy are disabled.

Every tool is free. Guests can create a couple of short links and QR codes; a free account unlocks unlimited links, QR codes and click analytics.
